All new customers must complete a Credit Application prior to placing an order. Print then fax or mail it directly to Consolidated Foods. Please remember we need this form completed prior to processing any orders. Thank you.

Minimums for ordering
Minimum order is $100.00
Shipping/delivery information/freight policy
For states of: Washington, Oregon, California, Idaho, Utah, Nevada, Montana and Wyoming:
Orders invoice over $450.00 free freight
Under $450.00 - $300.00 35% discount on actual freight cost
$299.00 - $100.00 no freight discount, actual freight cost will be added to invoice
All other states, applicable freight charges will be added to invoice.
There will be an additional charge for shipping temperature sensitive items in summer months.
Payment policy/terms
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Checks or cash payments
Terms: net 20 days
Return policy/credits
All claims for credit must be made within 48 hours of receipt of product; this includes mispicks, short on loads and ordered in error. When credit claims are verified (product that is being returned is received back at Consolidated Foods warehouse), credit to the account will be given in the form of a credit memo.
